Ginning & fibre preparation

Care before the spinning stage.

Ginning, material segregation and fibre assessment prepare cotton for the next stage. Contamination-aware handling and fibre testing support the decisions that follow.

Spinning

84,000 ring spindles. 2,200 open-end rotors.

Ring and open-end spinning support different yarn requirements. The setup also includes 34 TFO machines for twisting.

Knitting

58 circular knitting machines.

Knitting connects yarn development with fabric production. Annual knitted fabric capacity is 8,640 tonnes.

Fabric inspection

Attention to every metre.

Fabric is checked on an illuminated surface for appearance, consistency and visible defects, connecting the finished fabric back to the agreed quality requirements.
